Unconditional love is a state of oneness in which polarity is unified. When we are in that state, we are no longer bound by our perceived limitations, and nor are we overcome by that which seems to be against us. We feel whole, free, empowered, and one with all. Of course, the state doesn’t last permanently, but we can learn to weave its beauty and benefits into more and more of our daily life, until filament by filament, we do begin to glow with that kind of love. 

Every time we can take a challenge and alchemise it into love, we subtly evolve ourselves. We increase our capacity to deal with adversity; to meet, understand and love our own shadow; to be more compassionate with the shadows of others; and ultimately, to live as more whole, full, vital, empowered, authentic forms of who we are born to be. 

Gayatri recently attained her PhD in psychology, specialising in unconditional love as an expansive altered state of consciousness. On this retreat, she will share some of the findings of her research on unconditional positive states, relational and universal unconditional love, and the benefits they each bring. She will also share some moving real life stories from study participants of the transformational power of unconditional love. 

More importantly, Gayatri will facilitate experiential practices working with the mind, energy body and soul, to open our consciousness into experiences of universal unconditional love. You will be invited to use real world challenges as grist for the mill to which you can apply this alchemy. It is astounding what tangible changes can occur in all kinds of situations through this type of embodied self-ownership, radical compassion and fearless, blazing love.

Shanti Mission Harmony Centre is located on land nestled in the Olney state forest in the Watagan Mountains in the beautiful Martinsville Valley.

Our beautiful meeting space features a lovely outdoor sitting areas as well as a kitchen and common room, and incredible views over a serene rural paradise.

The Centre is home to The Archangelic Temple, where regular prayer and meditation sessions as well as ceremonies are held to the delight of participants. There is also a Vedic prayer and meditation space.

Parking is also available on the property.

It is good to arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare yourself and settle into the space.

Your are best to wear lose fitting clothes for meditation. The classes are run in a sacred space it is requested you wear clothes covering your legs and shoulders.
