FAQs

As part of this sacred celebration, Shanti Mission will be offering two types of initiation:

🌸 Welcome to Shanti Mission – Open to all. This initiation places you under Divine protection and welcomes you into the Shanti Mission spiritual family.

🌸 Disciple Initiation – For those who have been working with Shakti Durga and Gayatri and would like to go deeper with spirituality and make a difference in the world in your way.

If you would like to receive an initiation on Mission Day, please email registrar@shantimission.org in advance.

Initiations are available both online and in person at Shanti Mission Harmony Centre, Cooranbong.

Shanti Mission Harmony Centre is located on land nestled in the Olney state forest in the Watagan Mountains in the beautiful Martinsville Valley.

Our beautiful meeting space features a lovely outdoor sitting areas as well as a kitchen and common room, and incredible views over a serene rural paradise.

The Centre is home to The Archangelic Temple, where regular prayer and meditation sessions as well as ceremonies are held to the delight of participants. There is also a Vedic prayer and meditation space.

Parking is also available on the property.

It is good to arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare yourself and settle into the space.

Your are best to wear lose fitting clothes for meditation. As the ceremony is run in a sacred space it is requested you wear clothes covering your legs and shoulders.

Mission Day is our day for celebration so expect lots of saris, sparkles and bright clothes.
