A Message from Shakti Durga and Gayatri

Wherever we look at the moment, the forces of separation and discord are wreaking havoc on people, sovereignty, social order and the desire in all of our hearts for love and peace. 

While its an old fashioned word, and there are those who deny its existence, evil is a force that is invisibly present in the Astral field and it works through our minds to sway our hearts, corrupt our minds and deflate our spirit. Our very soul feels wounded and as though there is no option but darkness.

This is not the truth; we just need to call on the help of the gods, goddesses, Archangels and Holy masters to help us navigate the vibrational shift that is needed, but oh so hard to achieve, when we are anxious and depressed about how things are, and in fear.

It is a time of things feeling broken and people losing heart. 

Goddess Durga exists to help us with this exact problem and every year at Navaratri we distil the energy of the Goddess into our hearts and minds to remind us that there will always be a way forward. There will always be an end to suffering, and there will eventually always be peace. However, as many luminous beings have already said, the
outcome may be unexpected, the road full of twists and turns and inevitably there will be a need to surrender something we have been carrying that has felt heavy and weighted us down. Old structures may break down as a new turn of the kaleidoscope brings new form and support to our emerging spirited self.

During Chaitra (northern Hemisphere Spring) Navaratri 2026, Shakti Durga and Gayatri will be leading a 10-day spiritual marathon, offering the restoration of love, joy and peace even amidst crazy outer world reality.

Come and seek refuge. Seek real Divine protection, restore your spirit and soothe your soul. Allow the goddess to work through you to help you to connect to what is good and to overcome evil. Start to understand more about the faces that evil wears, which might surprise you. Once you are aware, you can pierce the veils of illusion and fear, and arise into the pure light of truth: that we are all eternal beings on a journey of becoming fully empowered in light, love, kindness compassion and a strength that surpasses all understanding.

Sessions both in India, Australia and UK will be recorded and available to those who register for the Chaitra Navaratri program, which is offered from our hearts to yours. Please give what you can to support our work and to show the Goddess your commitment. As is

This Chaitra Navaratri you are invited to sponsor a fire ceremony (puja) for yourself or a loved one.

Attending puja in person or online puts one in a general field of bliss and grace. Sponsoring is more like the Goddess turning and looking at you directly with powerful depth of understanding and compassion giving vast blessings that impact the spirit and soul in powerful ways tailored immaculately to your own karma and dharma.

Ceremonies will be run in person from Cooranbong, AUS daily at 8am; Fridays will be at 11:30am.

These visually stunning fire, water or flower ceremonies (also known as "pujas") are ancient practices that harness the elements, mantras and meditation to elevate consciousness, spiritual connection and inner peace.

For Chaitra Navaratri, fire ceremonies will be run in the Ghoshala (cow temple) at the Shanti Mission Harmony Centre, Cooranbong each day and broadcast online as part of this event. All are welcome to attend.

Shanti Mission Harmony Centre is located on land nestled in the Olney state forest in the Watagan Mountains in the beautiful Martinsville Valley.

Our beautiful meeting space features a lovely outdoor sitting areas as well as a kitchen and common room, and incredible views over a serene rural paradise.

The Centre is home to The Archangelic Temple, where regular prayer and meditation sessions as well as ceremonies are held to the delight of participants. There is also a Vedic prayer and meditation space.

Parking is also available on the property.

It is good to arrive at least 15 minutes early to prepare yourself and settle into the space.

Beautiful, ancient Vedic ceremonies that include devotional chanting
and the giving of offerings, such as flowers, food and water. The result
is a calming and expansive energy for anyone that participates.

Your are best to wear lose fitting clothes for meditation. As the ceremony is run in a sacred space it is requested you wear clothes covering your legs and shoulders.
